Your artwork is always amazing! My friend Emil DeGrey tells me you went to Mt.View HS? I am probably from way before your time, but I went there as well... You are the only other artist I have discovered that likes to draw skulls as much as I do! Great work, very inspiring!!!
Nice! I could totally see this design sculpted into a marble wall or something. You're always good with those 'calligraphic' shapes that border this image. Wish I didn't suck so hard with that.
Ryan- I graduated MVHS in 1985, so I was a product of Mr. MacFarlane (RIP)- he was a good teacher, but the only skulls he encouraged us to draw were buffalo skulls... Nothin' wrong with that, but a few human skulls every now and then would have been good! Keep up the great work, bother Emil once in a while and tell him Patrick said hello...looking forward to seeing more skulls soon!!
Great piece!!! I really dig the colors and the smoke in the foreground looks awesome. Your work is amazing. Can't wait to see much more of it in the new year:)
