I promised myself only comment your dragons, but it's impossible! This skull is really fantastic, especially the rendering of bone. As usual, you totally master the subject...
Ouch!! I think I'm blind now that I've looked at such a brilliant work...groovy skull!!
It's only juvenile if they're done poorly in a high school notebook. This is fantastice, as well as entertaining. Now what's the story behind the number?
Fire is a nice touch. If only I could get this in patch form to sew it onto my sleaveless levi jacket.
I think you could possibly bring flaming skulls back into style, artistically speaking. Brent Adams at BYU would have a heart attack if he saw this.
This is the coolest! I love the character you got into a skull... and the rendering of colors and lighting and texture and everything... you're just amazing, sir.
I love skulls too. And this definately a great one! The fire just tops it off.Cheers
Gorgeous man...I love your style! keep'er comin
This thing belongs on a skateboard deck! Skulls and fire are right up there with peanut butter and jelly or cherry coke and hot wings. That's such a cool piece Ryan, I love the oranges and yellows on the bone from the flames and the eyes are completely reminding me of pickled eggs. Many a day we had pickled eggs in the fridge when I was a youngun.
That's super cool. Lot's of textury goodness. I have skull plate I made when I was 6 and I still eat off of it.
I'm very much digging this. Great texture.
Love the drawing and the textures. The texture makes it look solid, but the looseness of the drawing makes it look like it could really sqaush-and-stretch. A nice combo!
Love it -and indeed ALL of the stuff here . Fantastic .
Awesome.... and the rest of your stuff here is byoootiful. Love it! *link*
I'm blown away by your paintings, really really nice blog! Keep up the great art, I'll check back again
Haha great work!
Thanks for stoppin' by & leaving the comments, I appreciate it:) ShaneO, the story behind the numbers is that the no.5725 represents how many skulls I've probably drawn over my life. Pretty sad.
And you do it brilliantly man. Keep it up!
Yeaahh!!! Skulls and flames!!!That's what kids like!!!By the way: Thanks for adding a link to our "Die Bilderwumme"! -Blog! I've added one for you there as well!
